In most cases, your content is available in the Payments section of your account immediately after placing your order. (

For orders that require manual delivery by the creator, we ask them to deliver within 24 hours after purchase. You will receive a message on the AllMyLinks platform. (

For Snapchat-related orders, you will be asked to message the creator with your username, so they can add you back.

If you haven't received your order within 24 hours, we recommend you message the creator directly. This resolves most issues.

If you still haven't received your order after 48 hours, or if the creator isn't responding, please reach out to us. We promise we'll make things right.
