I am blocking visitors from a country (state), yet someone from that country (state) was able to access my profile. What's going on?

Geo-blocking is based on IP tables provided by internet service providers worldwide and consolidated by our Geo-IP service. Those IP tables are constantly evolving and, in some cases, it takes a few days for a particular IP address to be updated to its correct geo-location (i.e. state or country).
